At J & J Whimsy Works LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products include handmade, decorated, repurposed, and one-of-a-kind creations, each with its own unique character.

Return Requests

Customers may request a return of an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please email jjwhimsyworks@gmail.com before returning an item to receive instructions. Not all products may be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jjwhimsyworks@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if possible. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

For approved returns unrelated to damage or an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Original shipping charges may not be refundable except where required by law or agreed as part of a resolution.
