Thank you for shopping with J & J Whimsy Works LLC! We carefully prepare our handmade, decorated, repurposed, and one-of-a-kind creations for shipment.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to the products in your order and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Standard U.S. Shipping: $8.95 per order.
Incense Bottle Burner Shipping: $15.00 per order for items assigned to this shipping category.

Applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Because many of our products are handmade, decorated, or individually prepared, processing times may occasionally vary.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimates provided are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at jjwhimsyworks@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jjwhimsyworks@gmail.com and include your order number.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs when possible. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
